+CityxChange Limerick
Through the +CityxChange project Limerick has worked hard to gain significant knowledge and understanding of the conditions to support the creation of PEDs. Working with many stakeholders to overcome obstacles, PED development is being advanced in the city through various initiatives such as the Pilot Retrofitting Grant Scheme aimed at retrofitting historic buildings.

Stardust Pamplona
The City of Pamplona is considered to be the city with the highest quality of life in Spain. Also, it is highly regarded for developing its energy grid based renewable energy resources (RES).
Other than providing RES to the community, it will other smart and sustainable solutions for its communities by empowering and protecting the citizens through fair and socially inclusive actions.

The Spanish city of San Sebastian has 186 062 inhabitants and was voted European Capital of Culture 2016. It is a touristic and commercial centre with strong emphasis on services and events.
