Peer-to-Peer Learning

The Scalable Cities Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning programme is offered to cities to build capacity in public administrations.

The programme aims to accelerate the knowledge exchange between cities on good and bad practices including the lessons learnt, and to provide expertise to replicate successful demonstrators and create more impact. Applications can be submitted at any time in the period 2021–2025 or until budgets have been exhausted. Cities can learn about and apply for site visits below:

Who can benefit?

  • Lighthouse and Fellow Cities from ongoing and completed Smart Cities and Communities (SCC) projects.
  • Other cities from other smart city related EU initiatives (can only apply as Visitor City for Site Visits).
  • Priority will be given to small cities (50 000 – 100 000 inhabitants) and mid-size cities (100 000 – 500 000 inhabitants).

Experts who would like to offer their services for the different activities can register in the SC Expert Database to receive information about dedicated calls. More information will also be available in the SC Expert Group site.
