Description
The Dorin Pavel Tech college is under a series of refurbishing projects which will improve the energy status of the site thanks to several EU funded projects accessed by the municipality in combination with National Resilience and Recovery funds.
Demo Site Expected Impact
Energy efficiency of the site will be drastically improved, the site will come closer to a DPEB status thanks to the foreseen investments and PVs installed which will be rehabilitated.
Technologies
Buildings and energy
Central heating will be modernized, buldings will be thermally insulated, PVs will be repaired, BEMS will be installed, batteries are foreseen, heat recovery systems, etc.
Mobility & Transport
Electric car charger is foreseen in the area of the DPEB site in the public domain.
ICT
BEMS/Smart monitoring system will be installed at the site.
Positive (clean) energy district
All projects foreseen at the site are meant to lead to the development of the first PEB in Alba Iulia municipality.
