
Madrid, May 24, 2024 – The Smart Cities Marketplace (SCM) organised a successful webinar titled "Smart Cities Marketplace: sesión informativa con ciudades españolas," to engage with representatives from over 20 Spanish cities. The session focused on introducing the SCM, detailing its various services and encouraging cities to participate actively by submitting their projects and joining the upcoming EURESFO event.
The webinar delivered a comprehensive presentation on the Smart Cities Marketplace, highlighting its role in fostering urban innovation and sustainability. The agenda included an insightful presentation of the SCM, a Q&A segment and an invitation to the EURESFO event, designed to further promote collaboration and knowledge exchange among European cities.
The webinar attracted around 20 to 25 participants, underscoring the enthusiasm for Smart City initiatives across Spain.
The engagement was facilitated by key national organisations, particularly Red Innpulso through Techfriendly, ensuring a wide reach and effective communication with city officials. The session concluded with an invitation to the cities to fill out the intake form, marking the beginning of a promising collaboration between the SCM and Spanish urban centres.
