The oPEN Lab project, operating in Genk, Pamplona, and Tartu, is dedicated to establishing Positive Energy Neighborhoods (PENs) to enhance energy efficiency and flexibility in urban areas. By curbing greenhouse gas emissions from household energy consumption and effectively managing renewable resource surplus, oPEN Lab aims to drive significant environmental benefits.
