Visit our session at EIP-SCC General Assembly and get involved with SCIS

SCIS will participate in the EIP-SCC General Assembly, taking place on 24 May in Eindhoven, with a presentation on ‘Fostering co-development with projects to enhance results through Smart Cities Information System (SCIS)’.

As part of the EIP-SCC General Outreach breakout session, the experts from SCIS who are in charge of collecting data from the demonstration projects (in the fields of energy efficiency in buildings, smart sities and lighthouse projects) will outline their experience and the challenges with the data collection. The presentation will be held together with a representative of CARTIF, who are involved in several projects in the scope of SCIS. Over the course of the last months SCIS and CARTIF have been working closely together and the results strongly influenced the development of the technical monitoring database.

The collaboration between SCIS and the projects is valuable and indispensable so that we can co-develop SCIS as a solution-oriented platform which considers the specifics and data availability of the projects as well as the needs of the SCIS target groups.

Furthermore, on 23 May SCIS will join the smart cities lighthouse projects meeting, organised by EUROCITIES as a side event to the EIP-SCC General Assembly in Eindhoven. Our experts will be part of the replication and knowledge-sharing session, where we will have the opportunity to discuss with the projects different aspects of the replication potential.
