The Scalable Cities Secretariat is launching its 9th call for visitor cities to participate in a site visit in Valencia. Join us in the Valencia Climate Cities Week on 25 – 28 June 2024 for an enriching three-day event.
The city of Valencia was a Lighthouse City of the SCC project MATCH UP and has been selected as the European Green Capital for 2024. Its achievements in an abundance of green spaces, the energy policies, the leadership in the climate mission, the implementation of several sustainable mobility initiatives makes it a prime opportunity for hosting a Site Visit.
During this event, Valencia will host:
- the Cities Mission Conference
- the Energy Cities' Annual Forum
- and the European Urban Resilience Forum (EURESFO)
Event Highlights:
- Participate in three significant events tailored for smart cities
- Engage in high-level policy discussions
- Learn from Valencia’s “green” projects
- Contribute to international discourse
- Interact with hundreds of cities across Europe committed to climate and energy transition
- Take part in the Scalable Cities Roadshow workshop to build up financial capacity
