EU Cities Invited to ReBuild Ukraine 2025

The Smart Cities Marketplace is pleased to support the upcoming ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy Exhibition and Conference, which will take place from November 13 to 14, 2025, in Warsaw, Poland.

Organised by Premier Expo with the European Commission and supported by key Ukrainian ministries, the event offers a unique platform for EU cities to connect with Ukrainian municipalities presenting recovery and investment projects.

Highlights include:

• The EU–Ukraine Investment Conference, hosted by the European Commission;
• A National Pavilion with over 20 Ukrainian communities;
• The Marathon of Communities and Meeting Point for direct dialogue and partnership building.

EU representatives can attend all main events free of charge. Pre-registration is encouraged to facilitate matchmaking with Ukrainian cities seeking collaboration in energy, infrastructure, and resilience.
