UHRIG Energie GmbH is tapping the energy from wastewater with the patented THERM-LINER heat-exchanger system. This form of power generation is a climate-friendly way to heat and cool buildings and decarbonise heat grids /DHC. UHRIG offers solutions throughout the municipal wastewater infrastructure, from treatment plants and gravity pipelines to pressurised wastewater pipelines. In addition, UHRIG offers systems to generate power from river water and recover energy from industrial wastewater. The Therm-Liner heat exchanger systems are tailor-made. They are made from 1.4404 stainless steel for long durability. UHRIG’s Therm-Liner can be fitted precisely into any sewer without causing any restrictions on operation. The system can be installed in existing sewers via the manhole without civil engineering.
