As data experts for sustainable, resilient cities and regions, DKSR supports cities using data to their advantage. Our services are based on: (1) High-performance data infrastructures such as the Open Urban Data Platform; (2) User-friendly data solutions for administration, analysis and services for citizens such as our Smart City Data Hub CIVORA; (3) Consulting, capacity building and targeted data services. Through these services, we make urban complexity tangible and advance urban development efforts.

DKSR is driven by a clear vision: ecologically valuable, socially just and economically attractive cities and regions that master their complex challenges with confidence because they have all the information they need to do so. So far, we have worked with more than 70 municipalities in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and the USA, and we have also shared our expertise in various European research projects.
