Self Reporting Tool - Key performance indicators Guide

The objective of this guideline document conceived for EU co-funded Energy-efficient Buildings (EeB) and Smart Cities and Communities (SCC) projects, is to give a description of the Self-Reporting Tool's key performance indicators (KPIs) and their application to the different objects of assessment, to identify the data requirements for their calculation and to describe the methodology for the calculation of these indicators.
