Monitoring report - a best practice from the NEXT buildings project

This monitoring report can be viewed as a good example of an approach that will allow the party responsible for providing monitoring data to the SRT tool to fill the SRT with the right parameters. It treats the design of the energy performance, the actual results over a year, the CO2 emissions and economic parameters as for example the payback time of the measures. The report also compares the data with a reference situation. The example is for new buildings, but it is easily transferable to refurbished buildings. This particular example also enters into technical details of the various measures taken. This is however not needed in view of the requirements for the SRT.
