The STARDUST project has released a comprehensive handbook compiling its best practices to assist other cities and stakeholders in learning from the project's experiences across six countries. The handbook provides an overview of the project, showcasing smart city measures implemented in the Lighthouse cities. It also includes a section on replicability, where follower cities share their experiences in adapting these measures to their own contexts. Additionally, innovative smart business models for the smart city environment are explored in the final section.
