A Scalable Cities Session at the Energy Cities Forum in Modena: "Propagating City Renewal at District Level: which methods to use? "

Grafting Cities event

Are you wondering how district approaches can help cities make a leap in energy transition, with whom to build the strategy, and where to start?

During the Energy Cities Forum in Modena, Scalable Cities has organised a session alongside two other EU-funded projects: ASCEND and RESPONSE. The session is titled "Propagating City Renewal at District Level: which methods to use? ".

The session will take place on October 18th, and run from 9.30 – 12.00.

This session will explore a method to scale the transition to a district level. Through a hands-on exercise including pop-up speakers, we will develop a neighborhood strategy together while exploring topics of positive clean energy, affordability, data, economic models, governance, and others.

Join us to learn about the Cities4PEDs toolkit for local initiators, exchange with cities developing Positive Clean Energy Districts in the framework of ASCENDRESPONSE, and Scalable Cities. Find out about the Affordable Housing Initiative’s support program for districts, and DecarbCityPipes 2050 strategies for decarbonised heating and cooling sector.

Please register for the event before September 22 at this link!
