Within the IEA EBC Annex 83 (Positive Energy Districts) initiative and in collaboration with COST Action PED-EU-NET, we are collecting existing guidelines and handbooks referring to conceptualization, design, implementation, evaluation, monitoring of:
- Positive Energy Districts/Neighborhoods,
- Near Zero Energy Districts
- Nearly Zero Energy Buildings,
- Zero Energy Building,
- Zero Energy Districts,
- Positive Energy Buildings,
- Smart (Energy) Cities,
- Climate Neutral Cities,
- Eco-districts
And in general related to Sustainable development of built environment.
Several Action Cluster members of the SCM are already collaborating on this initiative!

The resulting library will be used to analyse the guidelines, index them, make them available to practitioners and draft a new general guideline for Positive Energy Districts.
