30 success stories by cities, projects and businesses on energy, mobility and ICT will be showcased on 3 October - the second day of the conference Empowering smart solutions for better cities organised by the European Commission and the Smart Cities Information System.
The parallel sessions will highlight good practice and achievements, demonstrate the tools and innovative solutions used and the challenges overcome to reach success. They illustrate the blend of technology, finance, society, communication and governance. In an interactive fashion, each presentation will take place twice in front of two small groups with different participants to allow for detailed and engaged discussions. Each presentation will last 15 minutes plus 25 minutes for group discussion and Q&A.
