procuRE presents Guidance Webinars

Webinar

As part of procuRE’s work in the Action Cluster for Business Models and Finance, the project is presenting a series of recordings and presentations from Tender Webinars as well as some news about extended deadlines and the matchmaking platform.

All guidance webinars are in one place ready to watch

In the last two months procuRE team held three Tender Webinars which clarified questions. The first Tender Launch webinar, which took place on November 30, 2021, informed potential suppliers about the design of the call, the structure of the technical challenge as well as the conditions and application procedure. Procurers answered questions from the suppliers during the Q&A session at the event. The recording of the event with time stamps and the presentation for download are available here.

The second event - Tender Webinar 1 – Technical – was held on December 16, 2021, where procurers explained the technical aspects of the Tender in more detail. In the recording and presentation, you can learn what exactly the challenge is, what core principles/terminology are, how core files TD1 and TD2 look like, what the expected outcome is and how to complete the Technical Application Template TD6.

The third event devoted to Tender Webinar 2 – Admin and Finance, took place on January 13, 2022. Georg Vogt (empirica) presented general PCP requirements, overviewed core files admin and financial templates and discussed how the contract works. The recording and presentation are also available on the procuRE website.

More Time for Questions

Good news – the duration for questions has been extended. Now you can ask your questions about the tender procedure until 31.01.2022 on the S-Procurement Platform. Answers will be provided by 11.02.2022 by the procuRE Consortium – also in the FAQ. The fullest information on tender documents and forms, proposal submission details and the project timeline including the call for tender phase and phases from schematic design to implementation can be found on the procuRE website.

If you have already asked all questions and are searching for partners to apply together in a joint tender (consortium), visit our matchmaking platform. Currently, there are 51 entries – you can choose from 49 Partners and 22 Coordinators registered on the platform to reinforce your team for more innovative solutions. If your organisation is not yet listed on the platform, just complete this form that will feature your response in the matchmaking table which makes you visible for other suppliers and able to find a potential match from the list of companies.

Berlin – New Preferred Partner

procuRE welcomes the city of Berlin into the circle of Preferred partners. As a public building operator, Berlin is encouraged to consider its own buildings’ future leading up to 2050 net neutrality goals. Preferred partners can contribute information on procurer needs and are afforded access to PCP results.

Preferred Partner Cities will benefit from an interactive exchange on project results and learn how the novel funding model PCP is helping to bring about innovation. They will also have first access to procuring the turnkey solutions developed after the successful completion of the project. If you operate buildings feel free to contact us via the website to learn more about this opportunity.
